The downstairs area was very nice with things like a bar and snack options. it was very close to the excel. I could easily walk there. a train stop nearby made access even simpler. The walk to the train was shorter than to the excel itself. after a few trips, i preferred walking between the train and the hotel.
the centrally controlled temperature meant i had to open the window when it was too warm. every fifteen minutes, a plane landed or a metro passed. it was disruptive.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, made check-in easy. my room was super clean when i arrived and they cleaned it daily! fresh towels every day too!
the temperature was centrally controlled, so I couldn't adjust it exactly to my liking.

the hotel was easy to access using the dlr line, so that was acceptable.
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. This was quite disappointing. also, some of the bathroom outlets weren't working. it was like the rate i paid was too high considering these issues.

i found the staff very friendly and cute, they helped me a lot. pizzas were also excellent. the service i received was great as i only bought snacks and drinks from the hotel.
the bed wasn't so comfortable though there were 4 pillows, not one was good enough.
